Why We’re Called Radiant
A patient once told me she felt like a shadow of herself.
She couldn’t play catch with her kids. She’d stopped biking with her family. Hiking — something she used to love — was off the table. Her body wasn’t doing what she needed it to do, and she told me she was afraid she’d never feel like herself again.
In our early sessions, she used to look at the win board in my clinic and shake her head. “I’m never going to write on that,” she said. “I see other women ring the graduation bell when they hit their goals. I’m never going to ring that bell.”
We talked about what reaching her goal would actually look like. She said, “If I can hike Mount Timpanogos without leaking or pain — that’s my finish line.”
So that’s what we built toward. Months of strengthening, coordination, progressions. She came in for check-ins. She did the work at home.
One day she walked into my clinic glowing. She had hiked Mount Timpanogos twice. No leaking. No pain. She said she wasn’t even sore the next day. She was laughing and crying and bouncing in her seat — just radiant.
That’s why the practice is called Radiant. It’s what I want every woman in Utah Valley to feel.

Why Women Call
What brought you here?
Most women find their way to Radiant through one of these doorways. Which one is yours?
“I’m pregnant and something hurts.”
Hip pain, SPD, sciatica, round ligament pain, pressure that gets worse every week. Let’s make pregnancy livable again.
That’s me →“I just had a baby.”
Weakness, heaviness, C-section scar pain, diastasis, leaking, or just not feeling like yourself. Recovery is real work — you don’t have to do it alone.
That’s me →“I’m leaking and I hate it.”
When you run, sneeze, lift, laugh. Kegels haven’t fixed it. You’re tired of wearing pads. Leaking isn’t just part of having kids.
That’s me →“Sex hurts and I’m done pretending it doesn’t.”
Dyspareunia, vaginismus, scar pain, or just never-quite-right. There’s always a reason. It’s almost always treatable.
That’s me →“Something feels heavy or like it’s falling.”
Pressure, a bulge, or a prolapse diagnosis you’re not sure what to do with. Pelvic floor PT is the clinical first-line treatment — before surgery.
That’s me →“I want to run, lift, or play again.”
Getting back to running, CrossFit, sports, or the gym after baby — without leaks, pressure, or pain holding you back.
That’s me →Not seeing yours? We treat 21 pelvic floor conditions. See the full list →
