Do I need a referral for pelvic floor PT in Utah?

No. Utah is a Direct Access state, meaning you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral. You can schedule directly with us.

How does in-home pelvic floor therapy work?

Dr. Danaya brings everything needed for a full clinical session — treatment table, assessment tools, exercise equipment — directly to your home. Sessions are 60 minutes and provide the same comprehensive care you'd receive in a clinic.

How does payment work?

We are a cash-based practice with full 60-minute sessions. We accept HSA/FSA and provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Contact us for current pricing.

Is pelvic floor physical therapy covered by insurance?

We are a cash-based practice, but we provide detailed superbills so you can submit for insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement amount depends on your individual insurance plan. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.
